- Stephanie , the visual asset of the team, she has the art of bringing magic to all our rooms.
- Pauline , the gourmet asset of our team, always looking for the perfect balance in our recipes and on the lookout for new tastes.
The haute pastry team has grown and now includes six pastry enthusiasts.
